**Access Torque LLC**
1. 14-Day Performance Guarantee
We stand behind the functionality of every product we sell. If a product **fails to perform as advertised or arrives defective**, you may request a **refund, repair, or an equal replacement (if available)** within **14 days of delivery**.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received unless otherwise authorized.
2. Condition of Used and Refurbished Tools
Many of our items are used, refurbished, or surplus. As such, cosmetic imperfections may be present, including but not limited to:
* Scratches, scuffs, or signs of handling
* Engraved or written identification numbers
* Paint wear or light corrosion
These imperfections do **not affect the tool’s function** unless explicitly noted.
3. Quantity Listings vs. Individual Items
* For **multi-quantity listings**, the item shipped will be in **similar condition** to the one shown in photos.
* For **single-quantity listings**, the **exact item in the photos** is the item you will receive.
4. No Additional Warranty
Unless specifically stated, no additional warranty (express or implied) is included. Our 14-day performance guarantee is the extent of our return policy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

* **Access Torque LLC shall not be liable** for any injury, loss, damage, or failure arising from the use or misuse of any product sold.
* The **buyer is solely responsible** for:
* Retrieving and reviewing the product’s **official manual or safety documentation**.
* Performing any **required calibration, testing, or verification** prior to use.
* Ensuring proper **setup, use, maintenance, and inspection** of all tools and equipment.
* Using tools in a **safe and lawful manner**, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
* Confirming that the item is appropriate for the intended purpose and environment.
* Buyer agrees to assume **all risks** associated with tool use, including operation under pressure, torque, or load.
By placing an order, the buyer agrees to **release, indemnify, and hold harmless Access Torque LLC** from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses—whether direct or indirect—associated with the use of products purchased.
