MACTECH 812 Clamshell Pipe Lathe 6.63 - 12.75" Split Frame = 812LC Made in USA

Item:  Mactech Model 812LD Clamshell Lathe with Tool Bits and Accessories. The Mactech 812 Has a Split Frame Design for On-Site Machining of 6.63" - 12.75" O.D. Pipe. Nearly identical to the current Mactech 812LC Model and Interchanges with LC Current Tooling and Replacement Parts. Includes a motor housing assembly already installed on unit designed for a 1/2" square drive motor (not included). Can be used with various other motor configurations such as electric, hydraulic, straight, spur-geared, right angle etc.

812LD Clamshell Lathe Machine Includes the following items:

1 ea. Set of 4 small adjustable jackscrew locators for larger pipe around 12" OD's.

1 ea. Set of 4 large adjustable jackscrew locators for small pipe around 8" OD's.

18 ea. Various Size Tool Block Shims / Spacers for Tool Bits

2 ea. T-Handle Ball Lock Pins to For Securing Clamshell 

1 ea. 3/16" T-Handle Hex Wrench 

1 ea. Spare Feed Nut

1 ea. Star Wheel Wrench

Condition: Very good condition. Tested, functions and rotates smoothly as designed. Gear sets and teeth all look great and are properly greased. Some standard wear. Tool bits appear to have minor / minimal wear, overall very good.

 

Note: Buyer / End User responsible for all safety requirements and proper set up / application of this equipment as noted by the manufacturer. Buyer also responsible for any additional accessories required to operate this equipment including, but not limited to drive motor, clamping pads, cutting accessories, tools bits etc.
